In September of 2016, the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of Bilingual ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵand World Languages released the Comprehensive English Language Learner ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵPlan (CEEP), which will replace what was formerly known as the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵer’s Regulations (CR) Part 154 Comprehensive Plan.

The CEEP can be completed online via the SED Monitoring System, which can be accessed through theÌý.
