Special Applications to Change Students with Disabilities and Literacy Programs
In September 2022, the Board of Regents voted to amend section 52.21 of the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵer's regulationsÌýto create registration requirements for programs leading to the Initial and/or Professional Students with Disabilities (All Grades) andÌý Literacy (All Grades) certificates. Registration for currently registered Literacy (Birth-Grade 6) or Literacy (Grades 5-12) programs will end by September 1, 2026. Registration for currently registered SWD (Grades 1-6) and SWD (Grades 7-12) programs will end by September 1, 2029. Special applications to change currently registered Literacy and SWD (Grades 1-6) and SWD (Grades 7-12) programs have been developed and are available on our Teacher, Educational Leader, or Pupil Personnel Services Program RegistrationÌýwebpageÌý³Ü²Ô»å±ð°ù Applications for Program Change.
