Professional Learning for the NYS Seal of Biliteracy
The ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of Bilingual ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵand World Languages (OBEWL) continues to provide a variety online professional development opportunities for educators offering or planning to offer the NYSSB to build their capacity in implementing the this program.Ìý These events are offered free of charge to any educator working in a NYS school, including district, charter, and non-public schools, colleges and universities, and BOCES, RBERN, and other educational organizations.Ìý As a ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ approved Continuing Teacher Leader ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ(CTLE) sponsor, OBEWL issues certificates of CTLE/attendance for those who meet the attendance requirement.
