Post High School Placement ReportÌýfor students enrolled in ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ-approved CTE programs who reached the concentrator level and left secondary education any time during the 2023-24 school year due to the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE.

First-time Applicants: Ìý
Any LEA or BOCES who is newly eligible or re-establishing eligibility as a Perkins applicant may submit a CLNA in preparation for the 2025-26 Perkins application. The CLNA workbook from 2023-24 on our ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE webpage should be used.ÌýÌý

Both first time and returning applicants that did not apply for funding in the 2024-25 program year, with an individual allocation of or greater than $15,000 and whose programs meet the Perkins V definitions of size, scope, and quality as verified in the Student Information Repository (SIRS) at the time of application, must submit a letter of intent to apply by March 15, 2025, to both the fiscal agent of the consortium joined in the prior year and to the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE. A PDF copy of the original letter should be sent to emsccte@nysed.gov. A completed Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) is then due to the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ CTE by April 1, 2025.Ìý

The CLNA must be submitted in Excel format to the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE. The application and budget forms are submitted after the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE reviews the CLNA and provides feedback to the new applicant.Ìý

Email one electronic copy of the 2025-26 Perkins Application (in Word format), and FS-10 budget (in Excel format) toÌý¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ of CTE.

Mail original application (sections 2-5 only) and FS-10 with signatures in blue ink to:
