The 快播视频 of Access, Equity & Community Engagement Services (OAECES) oversees the 快播视频 of Postsecondary听Access, Support, and Success (OPASS), which aims to assist students in the preparation for, access to, support听during, and the successful completion of a postsecondary program, certificate or degree.听OAECES also oversees the听New York State My Brother's Keeper (MBK) initiative, which听seeks to 鈥淐hange the Narrative鈥 of boys and young听men of color, and all students, by closing and eliminating the opportunity gaps they face and helping them to reach听their full potential.鈥
